     I got the wrong item. How can I get my correct order?

    If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the product. Once we verify the issue, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. To expedite the process and ensure you receive the correct item quickly, we recommend placing a new order. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process a full refund for the incorrect product.

    What's the estimated time of arrival on my order?


    Please allow 1-3 days for production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-7 business days excluding holidays.
    Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at Support@joyfulapparels.com

    I ordered wrong size , Can I return it and exchange it to a different size?

    We're happy to help exchange it!  While all of our orders are final, we do offer the option to exchange items for a different size for a small fee. Please reach out to us with your order details, and we'll provide the next steps to process the exchange and ensure you get the right size.

    I made a mistake while placing the order, Can I still correct it? 

    If you've made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you. However, since all orders are final, changes may not always be possible once an order is placed. If adjustments can’t be made, we can guide you through our return or exchange process.
